Why can’t I login?

Prior to login, user accounts can be created in one of two ways:

  1. Users can register themselves then wait to be activated by the Super Admin. The user can log in into the application after receiving an email affirming that the account has been activated.
  2. Users can be created and activated by the Super Admin. The user can log in into the application after receiving an email that the account has been created/activated.

Which IFC versions are supported?

Supported versions are IFC2x3 and IFC4 ADD2

How long do I have to wait until my BIM model is successfully uploaded?

Every BIM model upload takes different amount of time, depending on the size, level of details, and number of elements within the model. Another factors may also affect the upload time, such as the server performances. Example: Administrative building with 1,800 elements and an approximate size of 8mb will be successfully uploaded in about 2-10 minutes, depending of the server performances.

What can I upload within my ZIP package?

In the ZIP package, you can add any kind of documentation relevant to your project such as multiple BIM models (ifc), Drawings (dwg), Documents (pdf) etc.

How will I know if my project is returned for revision / approved / rejected?

User will receive notification if any revision is needed from his side/ if the project is approved or rejected. All notifications are visible within the ‘Notifications’ tab on the main menu.

How can I check in which stage is my project at the moment?

Track all status changes following this workflow - Find the project of interest >> Open Details >> Open Reports
